KUIH LOMPANG PANDAN




SALAM...........
salam di pagi isnin yang damai,kuih lompang pandan untuk sarapan pagi ni.


bahan-bahan
1 1/2 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan gula pasir
2 1/4 cawan santan
sedikit kapur
6 helai daun pandan
sedikit pandan paste

cara membuatnya
-masakkan gula dengan 1 cawan santan,ketepikan dan biarkan sejuk
-blend daun pandan dengan 1 1/4 cawan santan,tapiskan
-dalam bekas,masukkan tepung beras,kapur,air gula dan air pandan tadi.kacau hingga sebati.boleh masukkan pandan paste jika nakkan warna yang lebih hijau.
-panaskan kukusan,latak acuan di dalam kukusan
-bila air mendidih,masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus selama 15 minit
-bila masak,angkat acuan dan masukkan ke dalam loyang yang berisi air.biarkan sejuk dan boleh lah di keluarkan dari acuan.
